Rooted in tradition, driven by craft.
Trenhew was born from a simple conviction: that great cooking is an act of memory. Chef Marie Lecourt trained under Paul Bocuse before opening her first table in Lyon, then brought her practice stateside to open Trenhew in the heart of Tampa, with a focus on the quiet intelligence of seasonal French cuisine.
Every evening, sixteen guests sit down to a menu shaped by what arrived at the market that morning. There are no standing dishes here — only what the season permits, prepared with the patience of a kitchen that has nothing to prove.
